The right access
Application access and action permissions work together. Sensitive information has its own controls.
Trust & accountability
Reliable corporate records need context, evidence and control.

Application access and action permissions work together. Sensitive information has its own controls.
See who made a change and when it was recorded. Effective dates preserve when statutory facts took effect.
Connect documents and records to the work they support. Access to a link does not bypass document permissions.
Documented API operations and scoped, expiring agent access follow the platform’s permission model.
06 / A few practical questions
Pandect is designed for the teams that keep an organisation’s corporate world in order: company secretaries, legal and HR teams, compliance and risk professionals, and the leaders coordinating corporate services.
Applications reference shared entities, people and records. For example, an HR employment record and a governance appointment can refer to the same person and legal entity. Each team works with its own responsibilities and permissions while retaining that common context.
No. Access to an application and permission to perform an action are separate controls. Sensitive fields and documents have additional permission checks. Sharing a foundation does not remove those boundaries.
Statutory facts such as names, addresses, appointments and ownership retain dated history. The activity log records changes and their actors. Available historical views depend on the record and application; a demonstration can show the relevant examples.
Pandect is designed around dedicated, single-customer installations. Your organisation’s platform has its own environment. Deployment and configuration requirements are discussed for each installation.
Supported registers offer filtered XLSX exports. A documented, versioned API provides controlled operations, including delegated agent access with limited scopes and expiry. Integration coverage depends on the operation; a documented API does not mean a ready-made connector exists for every external system.
The current implementation includes Organisation, Human Resources, Compliance, Sunset wind-down planning, a Master Party Register and a Records Library. The wider legal, regulatory, asset and reorganisation applications shown here describe the product vision. Availability, rollout and suitability for your installation should be confirmed in a demonstration.
